Inclusion and Diversity
September 2025 – February 2026
“Inclusion and Diversity” is an inclusive project led by young people, inspired by the challenges faced by foreign youth in Luxembourg.
“Inclusion and Diversity” is an inclusive project led by young people, inspired by the challenges faced by foreign youth in Luxembourg.
Young people aged 15 to 30 will come together to take part in all the activities offered. They will share their experiences, their difficulties, and also their personal resources. They will be encouraged to learn from each other in a spirit of cooperation, which lies at the very heart of our approach. Our aim is to value informal knowledge, create a caring space for mutual support, and strengthen social bonds within cultural diversity.
Encourage personal expression: Provide young people with a safe space to express their identity, emotions, and difficulties freely.
Celebrate cultural diversity: Highlight the cultural richness of the group and integrate it into personal development and integration in Luxembourg.
Develop a practical guide for young newcomers to Luxembourg: Offer practical workshops on diversity and inclusion and produce a small reference booklet for young people arriving in Luxembourg.
Discover Luxembourg from all angles: Explore Luxembourgish institutions, youth health, administrative procedures, living together, youth activities and opportunities (volunteering, community service), youth spaces, and cultural discovery.
This project is open to young people aged 15 to 30 who have recently arrived in Luxembourg—whether students, refugees, or newly settled.
The call for applications will take place in September, and the workshops will start on Saturday, October 4, 2025.
We particularly encourage the participation of young people with no family in the country, to guide them through their administrative steps and integration in Luxembourg.
Whatever the reason, moving to a new country often makes it difficult to overcome loneliness and stress. Inclusion and Diversity is not just any project—it’s a collective, cultural, inclusive, and creative act that offers young people the chance to deepen their knowledge, share experiences, and receive key tools for better integration into Luxembourgish society.
