ALDIC’s Minfuel & MindMatters project promotes young people’s mental health by helping them better understand and manage stress and emotions. Through creative workshops, sports sessions and youth-led podcasts, we provide safe spaces to express themselves, find support, and break the stigma around mental health.
We work with young people (15–30 years old) from diverse backgrounds, including students, refugees, migrants, and those facing social or economic challenges. Our activities take place in schools, youth centers, refugee shelters, universities and community spaces, in both French and English.
Young people can join our interactive workshops, sports sessions and podcast team as participants, creators or storytellers. Schools, youth organisations and partners can host sessions or collaborate on the podcast series.
