Déroulement du projet : Janvier 2024 à décembre 2025
Le projet "Crafted Pathways" favorise un vivre ensemble harmonieux et encourage le développement personnel des nouveaux arrivants au Luxembourg via la mise en place d’ateliers interactifs couvrant les domaines clés suivants : employabilité, logement, autonomisation et santé quotidienne. Les informations pratiques, ressources essentielles et compétences partagées permettent aux participants de s’adapter plus rapidement à la vie au Luxembourg.
Ce projet cible les nouveaux arrivants, en particulier les ressortissants de pays tiers, les bénéficiaires d’une protection internationale, les bénéficiaires d’une protection temporaire et les demandeurs d’asile.
Les quatre ateliers sont proposés quatre fois par an en français ou en anglais à des groupes de 15 participants maximum. Ils font l’objet d’une démarche d’amélioration continue, d’une part, pour adapter le contenu aux besoins des participants au fil du temps afin de maximiser la valeur ajoutée de leur apprentissage, et d’autre part, pour ajuster les méthodes et outils pédagogiques utilisés.
Un des objectifs est de disposer à terme de modules de formation de haute qualité qui pourront être intégrés au catalogue du Ministère de la Famille, des Solidarités, du Vivre ensemble et de l’Accueil pour contribuer de manière proactive à l'amélioration des programmes d'intégration existants au Luxembourg.

Project planning: January 2024 to December 2025
The “Crafted Pathways” project promotes social cohesion and supports the personal development of newcomers to Luxembourg through a series of interactive workshops focused on four key areas: employability, housing, empowerment, and everyday health. These sessions provide practical information, essential resources, and shared skills to help participants adapt more quickly to life in Luxembourg.
The project is aimed at third-country nationals who have recently arrived in Luxembourg, including beneficiaries of international or temporary protection as well as asylum seekers.
Each year, four workshop cycles are held in French or English, with a maximum of 15 participants per group. The workshops undergo continuous improvement to better respond to the evolving needs of participants—both by refining the content and by adapting the teaching methods and tools used.
A key goal of the project is to develop high-quality training modules that can eventually be integrated into the official training catalogue of the Ministry of Family, Solidarity, Living Together and Reception, thereby contributing meaningfully to the improvement of Luxembourg’s integration programs.
