"ADHD Unmasked"
"ADHD Unmasked"
August 2024 - August 2025
“ADHD Unmasked” is a community-driven project aimed at raising awareness of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) among teenagers (ages 13–18) in Luxembourg — as well as supporting those who live with or care for someone with ADHD.
Our goal is to highlight the strengths and unique perspectives of individuals with ADHD, challenge stereotypes, and promote deeper understanding of this neurodivergence.
Through interactive workshops, educational materials, and community outreach, we provide teenagers, parents, and teachers with practical tools to recognize ADHD traits, find support systems, and manage everyday challenges. The project also offers guidance for families and friends to better support their loved ones.
By partnering with schools, families, and community organisations, we promote early intervention and help create an inclusive environment where every young person feels understood and valued.
This initiative aligns with the European Solidarity Corps goals of inclusion, empowerment, and community engagement.
