“Whatever It Takes” is a youth-led creative project inspired by the powerful song by Luxembourg-based artist Matt De Cae.
Young people aged 12–30 will come together to co-create the official music video, expressing themselves through dance, movement, acting, and visual arts. From concept to final cut, participants take the lead—doing whatever it takes to bring their story to life.
Empower self-expression – Provide a safe space for young people to express their identity, emotions, and ideas through artistic creation.
Celebrate diversity – Showcase Luxembourg’s rich multicultural youth voices and perspectives.
Promote youth leadership – Support young people to co-design and lead a professional-quality video production from start to finish.
Build real-world skills – Offer hands-on training in acting, choreography, videography, directing, editing, and production planning.
Creative Labs – Explore movement, storytelling, and camera presence
Filming Sessions – Shoot in iconic locations across Luxembourg
Behind-the-Scenes Training – Learn camera work, lighting, costume design, editing, and direction
Final Premiere Event – Public screening of the music video + Q&A with the youth creators
This project is open to young people aged 12 to 30 living in Luxembourg, with or without prior experience in the arts. Whether you're into dance, acting, filming, or just curious to try something new—everyone is welcome.
Participants can choose to get involved on-screen or behind the scenes.
Auditions will be held between late August and early September 2025 for those who want to perform in the video as dancers or actors.
We especially encourage participation from youth who feel underrepresented or unheard—your voice matters here.
Because youth deserve to take up space—and be seen, heard, and celebrated. Whatever It Takes is not just a music video. It’s a collective act of creativity, courage, and connection—showing what’s possible when young people lead.
We are looking for a videographer/artistic director to join our creative team. This role offers the chance to shape the visual identity of our upcoming production, combining artistic vision with technical skill to create powerful storytelling. If you are passionate about film, creativity, and collaboration, we would love to hear from you.
